Two Wideline employees took their service levels above and beyond whilst out on a routine delivery. Daniel and Ty identified that a driver ahead of them seemed to be in distress and pulled over and stopped to provide assistance. The gentleman was having a medical episode and the driver’s rendered medical assistance whilst calling and waiting for an ambulance to arrive. Thankfully help arrived fast. The gentleman’s wife called a few days later to advise that he was now ok and to say that their early intervention saved his life!
We strongly believe in recognising staff for their achievements and Daniel and Ty certainly deserve a special mention. It’s great to see that people do still care.
