Aluminium Product Features
A very versatile material, aluminium is both light and strong. This allows windows and doorframes to be robust, with sashes and fittings to be neat and unobtrusive. Wideline aluminium windows and doors are fabricated from their unique extrusion profiles incorporating features such as the torsion box for added strength which is required to overcome bowed jambs, which is a common occurrence in competitive products. This registered design is another example of Wideline’s innovation and commitment to research and development. An outstanding aspect of Wideline’s products is the ability to couple individual products whilst maintaining uniform sight lines. Wideline’s aluminium window and doorframes are pre-finished in a range of durable colours, applied to a minimum thickness of 40 microns in accordance with Australian Standard AS3715/89. The powder coat finish is suitable for a variety of environmental conditions. Wideline has its own powder coating facility and paints its own products onsite. |
