REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. Please choose carefully as no refunds or returns are given for change of mind or wrong product selection. If you require assistance selecting from our online shop, please contact our sales staff before purchase. Check the colour, description and quantity of each item before you place your order.

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us with your order number and details about the product. We will respond to you with instructions for replacing the item.
The item can be replaced with the same item or exchanged for another item.

Wideline is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to be delivered to the address entered on order. Tracking information will be provided to the customer to investigate.

HOW AND WHEN WE DELIVER

Wideline have chosen a very streamlined and simple postage solution to ensure your purchases are received quickly and without incident.

We deliver our online products within Australia using Australia Post Services.
We will quote for your shipping costs before confirming your order and update your total in the shopping cart for your approval.

If the product you’ve ordered is a Special Order item, allow more time for delivery. See more information on special orders below.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Wideline uses Australia Post Standard Service or Express Service with guaranteed next day delivery (within specific network). Check your location on the Australia Post Express Network. You can nominate which shipping service you would like to use in your shopping cart before checkout.

For any address listed OUTSIDE the next day delivery network, Australia post will use the fastest delivery methods possible, but cannot honour next day delivery.

Tracking is offered with both Australia Post services offering email tracking advice.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Some items on our website are not normally stocked in our warehouse. These items are marked “Special Order” under the price on the item’s page.

Please understand that Special Order items are unable to ship as quickly as our regularly stocked items. A Special Order item will have therefore have a lead time of anywhere between 10 – 40 business days. Please contact us if you have any questions before ordering this item.
