How to Adjust a Double Hung Window

How to Adjust a Double Hung Window

Wideline’s aluminium Double Hung windows incorporate a unique balance mechanism that makes opening and closing the window a breeze.

This results in minimal effort to raise or lower the window. Allowing the cooler air to flow in and warmer air to escape through the double opening.

If your window sashes fall down or spring up by themselves, that means they are too loose. If there is a ‘chatter’ sound when you slide the sashes, or if they are too hard to lift, this means they are too tight.

In this video we show you how to adjust the Horizon Double Hung window.
