The Marine Parade development is a uniquely designed prestige apartment building with each level of the building being a single unit featuring spectacular uninterrupted ocean views. Designed and developed by Millbrook Homes, a boutique builder specializing in prestige luxury residential developments.
An outstanding concrete and steel construction, the project delivered a commercial standard of detail and finishes. The design of the building has a distinctive street presence through its minimalist concrete and glass structure that, combined with the cantilevered top floor, creates a strikingly bold statement.
The waterfront location called for a window suite that would celebrate the visual surrounds, complement the high end fit-out, and deliver superior performance through wind load and thermal efficiency. Having a long-standing relationship with Wideline, Millbrook specified Wideline’s architectural Paragon suite due to its wide spans and capabilities.
