Customer Collection

Collecting your Wideline windows, doors and screens

Congratulations on the purchase of your new Wideline products. You have opted to collect them from our Customer Collections & Dispatch centre, located at 6 Boswell Close, Tuggerah.

Please find the information below that you will need for the collection of your goods:

1. A Wideline Customer Service representative will call you once your goods are transferred to our Customer Collections & Dispatch centre located at 6 Boswell Close, Tuggerah.
2. Wideline staff are happy to assist you to safely load the products into a suitable vehicle for transportation.
3. Please bring your order paperwork and/or order number with you to collect your products from the Wideline Customer Collection & Dispatch centre.
4. Wideline’s Customer Collection & Dispatch centre is open Monday to Friday during the following times only:
   8:00am – 9:00am
   9:30am – 12:00pm
   12:30pm – 4:00pm
   If you arrive outside of these times, you will be unable to collect your products.
