Vision Apartments is a nine storey residential complex in the heart of Hornsby’s township. Offering 89 high end intelligently-designed apartments it is a blend of vision and sophistication.
The time frame to complete this single tower building was record setting for a development of its size. Led by Northpoint Construction Group who were nimble and on pointe throughout the project life cycle, Wideline’s supply and installation service program supported a very efficient build experience.
Each of the three bedroom apartments features an enclosed balcony, with Paragon architectural sliding doors opening out from the living room. The balcony is contained using Paragon fixed window low lites and Paragon louvre gallery window systems, which are designed to be left in an always open position to improve ventilation while providing protection from the elements – an innovative way to enjoy the natural surrounds in any type of weather.
The use of floor-to-ceiling windows in this outdoor space works to minimise noise, improve air flow, and increase the sociable living space of a compact floor plan all year round.
